Please submit your application and ensure that you fill out all necessary information.
Completing the application form is important, as it helps determine whether a candidate is suitable for the LHC Franchise. The primary goal of LHC Franchise is to support the community in their health and wellbeing, offer new opportunities for qualified holistic and remedial therapists to grow and expand, and ensure safe and compliant practices under LHC standards and supervision.
Meeting arranged / Property review
Online interview – introduction to LHC Franchise & the business plan.
It is important that candidates understand the nature of the business as this will give a good impression of who we are and what are our values. The business plan will provide a clear vision of 3 year plan for growth and the financial benefits/impacts/ accounts.
Face to Face interview- answer any questions the candidate may have and share LHC secret answers to successful business operation on daily basis.
Agreement
Candidates will need to familiarize themselves with the agreement and provide an initial deposit of 10%. Additionally, candidates will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Premises set up (therapy room set up, decoration, furniture set up, signage, security)
Marketing (website, social media, booking system set up and location set up on google)
Training
Introduction to Communication Platforms
LHC will guide you through the process of customer service-related inductions, covering topics like:
- Finances
- Marketing
- The LHC management team
- Customer service
Staff Recruitment and Training: Learn how to find the right candidates for our business needs and ensure they receive the necessary training.

Note: The process can take up to 3 months from start of the interview to the very first day of franchise launch.
