Terms of service
You must understand that massage therapy is for the purpose of stress reduction, relief from muscular tension or spasm, or for increasing circulation.
You must understand that the massage therapist does not diagnosis illness, disease or any other physical or mental disorder.
The massage therapist does not prescribe medical treatment nor perform spinal manipulations. Understand that you hold all responsibility for the treatment you receive.
Bookings
Appointments can be made online via our booking portal https://lhc-ipswich.com/contact/ , over the phone or email.
Full payment is taken prior to your appointment for security purposes.
Refunds will not be given if notice is given later than 48 hours, whatever the circumstances.
You will lose your session if you have not given the required notice period.
Please be on time for your appointment. Time cannot be added at end of your session due to cleaning protocols and ventilation of the space between clients.
If notice has been given, then you can either reschedule your appointment for another date and time or request a refund.

Late attendance to appointments of more than 15 minutes may not be seen. This is to protect the practitioners time, to allow the clinic to run smoothly, and to give the full and best treatment and service to the client. The client will not receive a full or partial refund in the event of being late or for no-show.
Please note, if you book over the phone you will be asked to make the payment in full.
Making an appointment over the email you will be issued an invoice which should be paid in full in order to secure your booking.
To secure your booking we charge full amount of the appointment.
Please note, your therapist may be with another client if you come earlier than your appointment time and the door may be locked. To avoid any disappointments, we advise you to come no earlier than 5 min before your appointment time.
Your therapist may change depending on availability and circumstances.
If you require female therapist for religious reasons you must inform the clinic in advance.
Personalised invoices for medical/insurance purposes are charged at extra fee.
Memberships
All our memberships have a minimum period of 12 months.
30-day notice period for membership cancelation is obligatory.
In the absence of no cancellation statement, the remaining balance of the full 12 months will be charged.
In event of a no-show or less than 48-hour cancelation, a Cancelation Policy will be applied.
Cancelation Policy: less than 48-hours cancelation notice or no-show I will be charged the full amount of the appointment. This is at the therapist’s discretion.
The membership cannot be shared with another user.
The user must provide correct personal/contact details.
All data provided by the user will be stored securely under the GDPR Regulations, the Data Protection Act 2018.
You pay for a monthly membership package through our secure Direct Debit payment system powered by Power Diary.
Memberships are monthly subscriptions that will continue to roll over month by month unless cancelled.
Funds will be taken from your bank account on the same date every month (the date you signed up).
Our booking portal does not support memberships. You will be required to arrange your appointments over the phone or via email.
Gift vouchers
The voucher can be purchased online only. We do not provide hardcopy vouchers.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded, redeemed or exchanged for monetary value.
The expiration date stated on the voucher cannot be extended and you will not be able to use it towards any services. The code stated on the voucher will automatically become invalid.
The voucher cannot be redeemed online. Please be advised to contact us via email or phone to arrange your appointment using the voucher.
